The hotel was deluxe, I liked staff and location. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar.

I loved staff and location. Big room, luxurious bathroom. With smooth check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was glamorous. Location walking distance to a central market and a cathedral. Besides, the area was cultural, next to palazzo antinori.

It was a comfortable stay. My room was airy with a lovely view. Informative staff and exceptional restaurant. Snack bar was fantastic and decently priced. Perfect services too! Besides, the parking was nearby.

All in all a well appointed hotel and really amazing stay. Centrally situated, excellent sized rooms with modern design. Super central location, at a moderate distance from a renaissance palace. The service was attentive, the staff were ready to help. Nice interior, excellent restaurant.

Bed was comfortable, staff was FRIENDLY. We were offered king suite with a mini-bar, central heating and a laptop-size safe which were very good.
